Information about returns and refunds

This returns and refunds policy applies to purchases made through the online store. Kenvyro, available at Kenvyro. com.

Right to withdraw from the contract

In accordance with applicable regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to return, the product must:

  • be unused and undamaged

  • be in the original packaging

  • be sent back with the complete contents of the order

Once we receive your report, we will provide you with further instructions regarding your return.

Return costs

The customer is responsible for returning the product, unless the product is defective or does not match the order. In such cases, the Velunio store will cover the return costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will inform the customer of our refund decision.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase within 7–14 business days.

Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We offer:

  • full refund

  • or replacing the product with a new one

Non-returnable products

For hygiene and safety reasons, some products may not be returnable if they have been used or show signs of use.

No parcel received

If the shipment is not collected and returned to the sender, shipping costs are not refundable.
